My work is made in quiet moments, in the spaces where I am still before the world sees me. It is a practice of witnessing and honoring. As artists, it is our duty to reflect the times, but it is my duty to showcase the future. Through my lens, I capture Black people not as fragments, not as stories told in pieces, but as whole beings. These images are reflections of the after: the moments that carry memory, love, grief, and joy all at once. Each photograph is an invitation to see, to feel, and to recognize the fullness of a life lived in depth.
